DESCRIPTION:All incoming K -7th graders are required to have 2 doses of the Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine. All incoming 7 – 12 graders need the Tetanus\, Diptheria\, Pertussis/Whooping Cough (Tdap) and Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccines and are encouraged to receive the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine.
