Offering 1st, 2nd, and booster doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. It is appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Proof of vaccination is required for boosters.
Individuals are eligible to receive a booster shot 6 months after receiving a 2nd dose of Pfizer. Proof of vaccination will be required. Pfizer booster shots have been approved for those who meet the following requirements:
● People 65 and older;
● Adults 18 and older living in long-term care settings;
● People ages 18-64 with underlying health conditions;
● People ages 18-64 who are at an increased risk for COVID-19 exposure or transmission
due to working or residing in certain settings.
