(Westover, MD) – The Somerset County Health Department is soliciting proposals from community and school based organizations interested in funding activities that will help youth with healthy relationships, empowerment, innovative thinking, and character building with a goal of reducing teen pregnancy. County after-school groups and community centers are encouraged to apply.
Funding up to $3,000 per agency is available. Applications are competitive. More than one proposal will be funded depending on application and review score. Proposals should be submitted by email or delivered to Rowan Renshaw, CHE [email protected] or at the Somerset County Health Department, 8928 Sign Post Road, Suite 2, Westover, MD 21817 by December 17, 2021.
