(Westover, MD) – The Somerset County Health Department will be hosting “Teens: Making A Difference”, beginning in December, at the local libraries. This free two-week program is designed to provide teens, ages 12 to 17, education on healthy relationships, good decision making, peer pressure, personal leadership, and abstinence.
Session dates are as follows:

A parent or legal guardian must register their teen. Teens must also be between the ages of 12 and 17 to participate.
