The Somerset County Overdose United Team (SCOUT) invites the public to participate in Overdose Prevention Team meetings.
These meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of every other month at 10am at the Somerset County Health Department, located at 8928 Sign Post Rd, Westover, MD.
